HELP ME PLEASE! I HAVE BACK ACNE, HOW DO I KILL IT?

Back acne is a very common ailment among teenagers and younger folks. It forms on the buttocks and      most times can take several forms like cysts, blackheads, and pimples.

WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF BACK ACNE

There is no scientific explanation for what the causes of back acne are. In case you don’t know, back acne has a cure! This ailment broke out not just because a devil released it; but because men were actually the cause because of ignorance and lack of discipline. Based on my personal experience, back acne occurs due to uncleanness and lack of care for the skin.  According to the acne resource center, there is no proof that back acne actually developed from sweating and tight clothing (however, it is very possible that back acne is caused by it)

HOW TO TREAT BACK ACNE?

Back acne is very simple to treat if you know how to go about it. What you just need do is to get about 10% of benzyl peroxide cream and a gel. Add the cream on the back acne at night and ensure you pull off your clothe before applying it.

 TIPS

-          Stay away from uncertified soaps. Never bath with soaps you don’t know about. Use soaps that are formulated for the face.
-          Repeat the same process like you did before. Apply the peroxide cream and ensure you keep your body dry before applying it.
-          I recently heard from skin experts that using benzyl peroxide and hydroxyl treatment can be very powerful. Although it’s very effective,
-          Always make due research. The internet is the mother of information. Develop the habit of surfing the internet everyday to research on quality acne products. Develop a close relationship with your dermatologist. Always consult a dermatologist for prescription treatment.

HOW TO STOP OR PREVENT BODY ACNE

Exfoliation is a very great way of preventing body acne. You can get rid of bad skin cells that tend to form acne on the back or buttocks.  For more information about back acne and how to get rid of acne.
